2. Service Description

4Rewards is a points collection and rewards platform for consumers. It provides the following features:

• Collect points from partner businesses
• Digital wallet of loyalty cards
• Redeem rewards and gifts
• Discover nearby businesses
• View transaction history
• Submit reviews for businesses
• Invite friends (referral)

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the application, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your information up to date
• Protect your password

3.2 One Account

Each user can only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

4. Points and Rewards

4.1 Collecting Points

• Points are earned through transactions at partner businesses
• Each business determines its own points program
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash

4.2 Redemption

• Rewards are determined by each business
• Rewards may have an expiration date
• We reserve the right to cancel points obtained fraudulently

4.3 Referral Program

You can invite friends and earn additional benefits. Abuse of the program with fake accounts is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the application for:

• Violation of laws or regulations
• Creating multiple or fake accounts
• Abuse of points or referral programs
• Submitting false reviews
• Interference with the operation of the service
• Using automated systems without permission

6. Reviews and User Content

• Reviews must reflect real experiences
• Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content is prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
• You grant us permission to display your reviews on the platform

7. Location Services

The application uses your location for:

• Displaying nearby businesses
• Personalized offers based on area

You can disable location services from your device settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The application, logo, design, and all content are intellectual property of 4Rewards. Copying, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability of rewards
• Quality of third-party services (businesses)

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of terms of service
• Abuse of the points system
• Creating multiple accounts
• Submitting false reviews

You can delete your account at any time. Unredeemed points will be lost.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or push notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The competent courts are the courts of Athens.
